Creighton University’s Master’s in Public Health [MPH] program is focused on community health and well-being. The program attracts students who are driven to serve others by advocating for health education, solving population health issues, eliminating socioeconomic barriers, and promoting disease control and prevention.

Creighton’s MPH is fully online and offers three concentrations: Global Health Promotion, Healthcare Management, and Health Care Ethics. The skills-based curriculum allows students to gain their public health education primarily online, convenient for working adults, and is coupled with practical experience that allows students to work alongside a public health professional. Our practicum coordinator assists with the practicum process and helps place students based on interest and goals within their communities.

Our MPH program is embedded in Creighton’s nationally recognized School of Medicine and backed by renowned faculty who are committed to educating agents of change. Creighton’s Jesuit mission and commitment is to prepare students to consciously learn from and compassionately care for the world’s most vulnerable populations.

Creighton’s School of Medicine also offers a five-year MD and MPH Arrupe Global Scholars program. The program attracts medical students seeking to earn an MPH during medical school at Creighton—it is a 5-year program backed by scholarship funding and includes international service-learning experiences.
