Registration Information

The registration fee is $200 per person*. Payment information will be provided on the registration form.

*Each registration is for one person to attend the full multi-day event. Registrations cannot be shared or split amongst individuals. Unregistered individuals will not be admitted to the workshop.

Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is open to faculty and staff at accredited and applicant SPH and PHP only. Registration is limited. Each unit may register no more than three individuals. CEPH reserves the right to further limit the number of attendees per institution as needed. Registration fees are non-refundable.
