Through education, research, community engagement, advocacy and career readiness, The Ohio State University College of Public Health prepares students to be a vital part of a dynamic field of professionals who champion the health of others, and value diversity, promote equity and lead with purpose.
Our students, researchers and faculty work together on discoveries that impact epidemiology, healthcare administration, health behavior and health promotion, environmental public health and biostatistics, breaking down barriers to good health. Unique opportunities also exist in global health, veterinary public health and risk assessment, among others. And the doors to public health innovation are wide open thanks to the opportunity for interdisciplinary partnerships with experts in seven health sciences colleges and from disciplines across the university.
The diverse public health experiences at Ohio State provide students the chance to immerse themselves in the abundant possibilities at a large research university and find smaller communities where students can learn and explore to drive public health forward.
