Our program’s mission is to improve public health systems, infrastructure and workforce capacity with a purpose to reduce health disparities locally, in wider national and global communities, by educating culturally competent public health practitioners and scholars. The program is designed to meet a growing demand for skilled general public health professionals. In addition to MPH degree, we offer two dual degrees - BS/MPH and PharmD/MPH.

The LIU MPH program is well embedded in local community having strong working relations with community-based organizations and governmental agencies. Our students also have an opportunity to complete their internship abroad, through our partnership with the European Center for Peace and Development (ECPD) in Serbia.
