Nicole joined CEPH in 2010 and served as an executive assistant and accreditation coordinator before assuming her current role of communications director and senior accreditation specialist. During her years at CEPH, Nicole assisted in the development and implementation of standalone baccalaureate program accreditation. Nicole is also currently responsible for CEPH’s external communications. In this role, she created and currently manages the weekly CEPH Happenings newsletter.

Additionally, Nicole represents CEPH by presenting at national conferences including the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASSPH) Undergraduate Summit, Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE) annual meeting and Association of Specialized and Professional Accreditors (ASPA) conferences.

Nicole received her Master of Public Health degree in health policy from George Washington University. As part of her degree program, she completed an internship with the Emergency Medical Services Research Center at Children’s National Health System. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from GWU. Before joining CEPH, Nicole served as an accrediation assistant at the Commission on Accreditatio of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME).

In her free time, Nicole is perpetually losing at trivia night, exploring the DC restaurant scene and taking 90s themed cycling classes.
