The UC Davis MPH program offers a one-year degree program with specialties in general public health and epidemiology. Students tailor their educational program with courses in nutrition, one health and health communications, and complement their coursework with a practicum placement at the award-winning California Department of Public Health or at local public health departments and nonprofit agencies. The program is very interdisciplinary with faculty coming from departments and colleges around campus. A small class size and an active alumni association provide for strong student support and opportunities for professional networking.
