The University at Buffalo’s School of Public Health and Health Professions is improving health for everyone through groundbreaking research and the education of the next generation of public health professionals. In more than 30 labs, centers and facilities, the school’s researchers and students explore topics in environmental health, women’s health, substance abuse, nutrition and more. In addition to in-person studies, the school’s online MPH program offers students the opportunity to advance their careers on a schedule that meets their needs. Training is highly interdisciplinary, with opportunities to work with professionals in rehabilitation science, medicine, nursing and pharmacy, and with collaborative partners like Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and VA Medical Centers. The school’s programs are expanding to provide even deeper study in maternal/child health, health behavior and more. And, as the flagship of the State University of New York, the University at Buffalo offers the affordability of a public university.
