The mission of Southern New Hampshire University’s (SNHU) Master of Public Health (MPH) program is to empower professionals across the country to advance their communities’ health, through the delivery of high quality, affordable and innovative learning experiences, scholarship, and community engagement. The MPH program prioritizes diversity and service, urging students to engage in activities and discussions beyond the traditional classroom setting, with a focus on current issues in public health, career exploration, or research. Students learn from a diverse body of public health professionals who work in local and state health departments, nonprofits, government agencies, and research organizations across the United States.

SNHU’s MPH program (including the general and global health concentrations), equips graduates for diverse roles in public health settings by providing them with a range of tools, such as systems thinking, to comprehensively address challenging issues.
