The University of Michigan School of Public Health has been pursuing a healthier, more equitable world since 1941 through education, research, and action. From the Salk polio vaccine trials to the development of FluMist to the discovery of new genetic markers for disease, the school has a history of making an impact on the health of populations across the globe.

Michigan Public Health offers Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science (MS), Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees within its departments of Biostatistics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Health Behavior and Health Education, Health Management and Policy, and Nutritional Sciences, as well as fully online master’s degree programs in Population and Health Sciences, a bachelor’s degree program, and many dual degree and certificate options.
